TIDE, HALEN MON
Introduction
Our project at Halen Mon sea salt company on Anglesey started in the spring of 2019. Our commission was to create an outdoor garden and pop-up restaurant for a new food venture adjacent to the existing production building. The space consists of decked seating areas, swathes of wildflower planting, a fire pit to allow guests to gather in a variety of different groups and locations.

Tide continues to be an extremely successful destination for visitors and local residents alike and it is a shining beacon for the quality of local produce and service on the island.
