Civil Engineer

You’ll be joining a dynamic, growing design studio with a huge vision with both part and full time roles available to join us at our city centre studio in Chester.

  • Do you have general civil engineering experience on small to medium size buildings projects?

Role Responsibilities:

  • Production of technical design information for small to medium projects in the areas of cut and fill, pavement design and sustainable drainage design from feasibility stage through to construction.

  • Engagement with strategic partners such as Environment Agency, Natural Resources Wales, Water Authorities, SAB and Lead Local Flood Authorities, and Local Highways Authorities.

  • Collaboration with internal and external design team members, clients and technical specialists.

  • Managing budget and programme control for engineering deliverables.

Experience:

  • Experience of Causeway Flow, PDS and AutoCAD design software as a minimum.

  • Understanding of legislation and procedures relevant to the discipline.

  • Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of practical experience, ideally working towards a professional qualification.

  • Experience of multi-tasking, working on several projects and client accounts at any given time.
