Planning permission secured in Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty

We were delighted to work with Savills and their team on a project to obtain planning permission for their client in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Wales.

The project on Anglesey is for a new layout and extension of 144 static caravans and lodges at Rynys.

We’ve worked on a Visual Appraisal and Landscape Strategy for the site and have shown how significant environmental benefits can result from the project including restoration of a heathland in the centre of the park.
