A London office refurbishment

We’re working with the team at Piercy & Company architects in London on a scheme to extend and improve an office space in Islington.

Leroy House has large bright offices, studios and workshops designed for creatives.

An extra 1,800 sqm of office, workshop and studio space is being planned along with a new café for the building, which sits close to the listed St Paul’s opposite and is in a Conservation Area

An important part of the project is to animate the street frontage and better connect the building with its neighbourhood.

We have drawn detailed landscaping designs around the entrance to the building to help to soften the façade.
