Land Studio interviewed by Pro Landscaper

This month’s issue of Pro Landscaper magazine includes a focus on what can be done to reverse biodiversity loss.

A four page feature focuses on the initiatives and ambitious targets that have been set to help recover the decline in species and the destruction of habitats.

Rachael Fenton, one of Land Studio’s Associate Landscape Architects, was interviewed for the feature.

In the article, Rachael, who recently qualified as an approved assessor for Building with Nature, a green infrastructure benchmark with 12 standards, talks about how now is a particularly exciting time to be a landscape architect because ‘there’s real momentum and enthusiasm to do the best we can with new developments’.

She talks about how important Building with Nature is to us as a practice because ‘it connects all the dots’ of our vision as a studio, which is connecting people with nature as much as we can.

This is important not just for biodiversity but also for the climate too.
